RECLAIM RUBBER SHEET

Reclaimed Rubber (also called regenerated rubber ) is vulcanized rubber that has been treated chemically and physically in order to re-enable it to have the same plasticity and adhesive ability as natural rubber.the typical price of reclaimed rubber is usually ony 20%-30% of natual raw rubber. By even just partly replacing natural rubber in the production, the total cost can be significantly reduced.

Through devulcanization and several steps of mixing and refining, the reclaimed rubber production line can transform recycled granulated rubber mainly from waste tire and other wast rubber into useful reclaimed rubber. In rubber industry, reclaimed rubber can partly or fully replace expensive virgin natural rubber, it can be used to produce many rubber products such as new tyre ,inner tube, cable, shoe sole ,rubber ground etc.
